2022 Lancaster Parade of Homes

The annual Lancaster Parade of Homes is right around the corner, and our team at Garman Builders is excited to reveal three stunning homes featuring the latest in home design, fixtures, finishes and decor!

As we look forward to the 2022 Parade, it's fun to revisit the past too. Ivan and Charmaine Garman, our founders, first participated in the Parade of Homes in 1990, making this our 32nd Annual year. Pictured below are Ivan and Charmaine all dressed up for the parade gala night awards presentation. Since 1990, Garman Builders has won a whopping 73 "Best in Show" awards, as well as many other distinctions. We can't wait to welcome the public into the three beautiful homes we've prepared for this year's Parade!

First up: 105 Princeton Place in our Strathford Meadows neighborhood in Lebanon is a 4-bedroom family home with lots of extras: an extra bay in the garage, lots of entertaining spaces, a two-story entry and great room, a dreamy primary suite, a home office, and all the pretty details you'd expect from a Garman built home. A special feature is the multiple wallpaper accent walls!

Front elevation of 1035 Valley Crossing Drive in Lititz

1035 Valley Crossing Drive in Lititz is a knockout from front to back. The millwork and finishes inside this roomy four-bedroom home epitomize casual luxury. We didn't skimp on a thing here and it shows thick moldings, beautiful stonework, glowing wide-plank floors... this home is special and it's all dressed up and ready to welcome the crowds!

Finally, 413 Mayapple Drive in Annville showcases luxury living at an affordable price. This smartly-designed two-story townhome boasts three bedrooms and an open layout. Located in our ever-popular Mayapple Woods neighborhood, home buyers love the carefree living that comes with no outdoor maintenance- no mowing, no shoveling, and no weeding. Hooray!
