Garman Builders Featured in the 2025 Harrisburg Parade of Homes

Every fall, the Harrisburg Parade of Homes brings out the best in home design across Central Pennsylvania and 2025 is shaping up to be no exception. As one of the area’s most anticipated real estate showcases, it’s where new builds, bold ideas and thoughtful architecture take center stage.

This year we’re proud to be part of the spotlight. Garman Builders is featuring four unique homes in Boiling Springs, Mechanicsburg and Carlisle each reflecting the care, craftsmanship and attention to detail we’ve built our name on. From Saturday, September 27 through Sunday, October 5, you’ll be able to walk through these homes yourself, take in the custom finishes, explore the layouts and maybe even picture what your life could look like inside one of them.
