Garman Builders Award-Winning Homes

At Garman Builders, we are proud of every home and neighborhood we have the privilege of building. Each is a labor of love, showcasing our commitment to craftsmanship, detail, and design. We are especially proud when a Garman Home is recognized during the annual Lancaster-Lebanon Parade of Homes, presented by The Building Industry Association (BIA).
This year, Garman Builders was awarded 13 awards including the prestigious Fulton Award for Best Townhouse/Duplex at the 2023 Parade of Homes Gala on Friday, June 16th. Together Garman’s three entries were recognized for the following awards:
