All requests for service must be submitted in writing by email (customercare@garmanbuilders.com) or by mail, fax, or our homeowner portal. 

Before requesting service, we suggest that you review the GBI Limited Warranty section of your Homeowner Manual. Once your Customer Care Request has been received, someone from the Customer Care Team will respond to your request within 24-48 business hours.

In Case of Emergency
If this is an emergency concerning plumbing, electrical, heating or cooling and it is after hours, please refer to your home owners manual for contact information for the respected contractor.
