Customer Care Service Request
At Garman Builders, providing you with exceptional customer service is a top priority for us. Your GBI Limited Warranty period begins the day you take possession on your home. Our reputation for commitment to service and quality continues long after you’re in your home. You can count on us to handle warranted repairs for your peace of mind.
All requests for service must be submitted in writing by mail, fax or email. If you need to request service, please complete the form to activate your Service Request.
Before requesting service, we suggest that you review the GBI Limited Warranty section of your Homeowner Manual. If you need a copy of your Limited Warranty, please contact us.
When we receive your request for service, your Customer Care Professional will contact you to schedule an appointment to inspect the issues you have noted on your Service Request form. If the Service Request items fall within the specifications of the GBI Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the item in a timely manner and at no charge. We strive to always maintain open communication with you regarding the status of repairs.
In Case of Emergency
If this is an emergency concerning plumbing, electrical, heating or cooling and it is after hours, please refer to your home owners manual for contact information for the respected contractor.
By providing your telephone and fax numbers, you hereby consent to receiving telephonic and fax communications, including advertisements, made or sent by or on behalf of Garman Builders.
