$1,000 Deposit” Incentive 

Beginning 8/1/2025, sign agreements for a quick move-in or to-be-built home for a $1,000 deposit. Agreements must be signed on or before 8/31/25. Agreements cannot include any type of sale contingency. Settlement date must be within 3 months for a quick move-in home and within 9 months for a to-be-built home. Prior sales excluded. Buyer(s) must use Contractor’s preferred lender(s) for mortgage (cash agreements exempt from this condition).  Buyer(s) must use Contractor's preferred settlement company(s) for the title work. Not applicable to non-owner occupied purchases. Offer may be cancelled anytime without notice.

Seller's Help Incentive 

Beginning 8/1/2025, sign agreements for a quick Move-In or to-be-built Signature or Estate Series home and receive $15,000 or $10,000 for a multi-family home that can be applied toward seller help or base price. Buyer must specify how they would like to apply the incentive. Discount is applied at time of contract. Agreements must be signed on or before 8/31/2025. Settlement date must be within 3 months of agreement date.  Prior sales excluded. Buyer(s) must use Contractor’s preferred lender(s) for mortgage (cash agreements exempt from this condition).  Buyer(s) must use Contractor's preferred settlement company(s) for the title work. Not applicable to non-owner occupied purchases.
