5/1/2025, sign agreements for a to-be-built Estate Series home and
receive $20,000, receive $15,000 for a to-be-built Signature
Single-Family Series home, and receive $10,000 for a to-be-built
Multi-Family Series home that can be applied toward seller help, base
price, or personal choices. Buyer must specify how they would like to
apply the incentive. Discount is applied at time of contract.
Agreements must be signed on or before 5/31/2025. Settlement date must
be within 9 months of agreement date for Estate and Signature homes and
within 7 months for Multi-Family homes. Prior sales excluded. Buyer(s)
must use Contractor’s preferred lender(s) for mortgage (cash agreements
exempt from this condition). Buyer(s) must use Contractor's preferred
