Refinance with Finance Fees Waived Offer for Quick Move-In Homes

Beginning 8/29/25, have your Quick Move-In home financed through a Garman Preferred Lender and have your lender fees waived when you refinance within 2 years from the original purchase transaction. Fees waived include the processing fee, administration fee, or document prep fee, but does not include discount point, other third-party fees such as any escrows, prepaid amounts (taxes, insurance, association fees, etc.), title insurance fees, recording fees, and other fees charged by third parties. Borrower(s) must have made at least 6 consecutive on-time payments on the purchase loan before applying for the refinance and borrower(s) on the subsequent transaction must be the same as on the original transaction. Offer can be used one time. Minimum loan amount is $300,000 and is not available on cash out transactions. Offer is not a commitment to lend. Loan commitment is subject to underwriting approval by an underwriter. Buyer may select an alternate lender or to pay in cash, but in such event, Lender is unable to provide the refinance incentive.
