Renovation Portfolio

The Perezous family came to Garman Builders’ Renovations team for multiple projects including a complete upgrade of their kitchen. While they were looking for a new layout and more modern aesthetic, adding more storage space was among their top priorities.

Our work started by transforming the dining room into a more usable space featuring a large bar with an island with seating. In the kitchen, we incorporated a larger island with an enhanced workspace and supplemented it with a smaller island with seating and additional storage. Custom-made cabinetry includes roll-out trays, pots and pans drawers,and a custom Chevron pattern featured on the back of the bar area as well as in
the hall Butler’s Pantry.

Black, leathered granite was selected for the kitchen, while white marbled quartz was chosen for the bar area. For an added wow factor, the bar island featured a waterfall edge quartz top. In addition to a large amount of added storage with the kitchen cabinetry, a walk-in pantry was added by using unused garage space. The pantry door was custom-made to create a seamless layout with the cabinetry. completing the interior renovation,
we added engineered hardwood floors, fresh paint, including faux finishes in numerous areas, as well as new interior doors, painted gloss black for a dramatic finish!
